#WithShandraAroundBerlin ✈️

China City / Noodle soup / Dumplings / Squid
Berlin had never been a dream destination of mine but when I got the chance this Summer to go, I instantely fell in love with the beautiful city. The trip was short but none the less amazing. We arrived late so the first day we decided to just look around the neighborhood where we stumbled upon a chinese restaurant called China City. The interior was pretty cool, it felt like being in China and the food was of course amazing. I can only say if you're ever in Berlin, try out the restaurant called China City which is located close to Alexanderplatz.

The second day had only one thing on the agenda: Explore and shopping.
Being a little bit of an organizer, I had made a little list of things we should see while we were in Berlin such as the Tv tower, the famouse Berlin Wall, the beautiful Dome and the Holocaust Monument and lastly visit Alexanderplatz (known as the shopping district).
Anyhow along the way to the Berlin Wall, we kinda got lost but ended up stumbling upon a Zalando outlet, and what would a normal shopper like myself do? Of course check the place out! After being there for a little while, we continued our journey and found the famous wall.

The Dom
The last day in Berlin before we had to head back, it was our mission to visit the Holocaust monument and the Dom. Berlin is such an amazing city with lots of history and oh how I wish we had more time because there are so many things you could explore in the city but that must wait until my next visit. But I will say this, you would be a fool if you never once visit Berlin, especially if you live in a country close to Germany like Denmark (where I'm from :P)

Anyways that was all this time around. Hopefully you enjoyed my little travel diary and until next time - Ingat!

Lookbook: Autumn Chic

Dress: Gina Tricot / Wedges: Aldo / SkarfK H&M / Jewelry: Guess and Pilgrim
Autumn and Winter has never been a fortay of mine when it comes to fashion. Somehow I always end up wearing dresses even though I really should wear something much much warmer. Though this knitted dress with slits on each sides just screamed Autumn for me, I seriously believe this is a perfect piece to have in ones wardrobe all year round since you can pretty much dress it up or down. Since the weather isn't that bad yet here or I just don't want to face the fact that Winter is coming, I only decided to match my dress with my new and favorite chunky and super soft scarf from H&M

The good thing about scarfs like this baby is that it is really big so you can wear it as a skarf or use it as a shall - the decision is all up to you. And of course I couldn't help myself and matched the outfit with my favorite wedges and as the icing on the top, I decided to wear gold. Nothing screams more chic than gold necklaces matched with a turtle neck.

Question: How are you enjoying the weather? Are you excited for December?

Anywho until next time - Ingat!

Lookbook: Autumn Falls

Faux fur vest: Ichi / Dress: H&M / Over the knee socks: H&M / Ancle boots: Nelly.com / Necklace: Guess / Hat: H&M

Maroon is slowly becoming my favorite colour of mine for the Fall, so here is a classic of a bodycon dress (another love of mine) in knit with of course my favorite colour. I will admit I am bit of a girly girl with a little hint of naughtiness so even though the weather is only getting colder, I still try to dress my way. This time I decided pairing my dress with some over-knee socks and some ancle boots. There is something so sexy about over-knee pieces, wouldn't you agree? To keep the coldness away, I would slap on my faux fur vest from Ichi. To finish my look off I decided to wear my trusty old hat from H&M and matched the entire outfit with gold wear. You can never go wrong with gold jewelry and this time I chose a statement piece of a necklace from Guess

Anyways that was all this time around and until next time - Ingat!

Lookbook: Black Magic

Hat: H&M / Knitted sweater: H&M / Skirt: H&M / Stockings: H&M / Boots: Bianco / Necklace: Pilgrim

Summer has officially left the building here in Denmark, so now it is time to bring all those chunky sweaters back and start layering up. But just because Autumn has come, that doesn't mean you can't still look sexy and chic.. Am I right or am I right?
Now I'm not the biggest fan of knitted sweaters since they for some reason makes me feel fat but when I stumbled upon this dark blue sweater at H&M, I couldn't help myself but to buy it. It has a v-neck line and has a slit on both sides, even on the sleeves. It's a pretty cool sweater if I have to say so, only sucky part about it is that it is very itchy to wear, so make sure to wear a blouse underneath since the sweater is made of acryllic (a not so comfortable material compared to real wool).
Anyways with the fact that the sweater has so many cool little details, I decided to keep the under part simple and just matched it with a mini skirt. Since the 70's style is back on trend, I wanted to bring a sense of the 70's as back as well, so I paired the outfit with a funky hat and some over the knee boots. To make it a bit more funky and 2015, I decided to wear some stockings with polka dots and matched it with some gold jewelry from Pilgrim.

Anyways people, I have to dazzle off so until next time - Ingat!

September Favorites ♡

Hi again anyone and everyone! So I am back with a new monthly favorite. As you can see, I haven't been that active lately on this blog since mid September. I do apologize for that but life has just been pretty hectic so yeah.. Anyways let's just get to the point. Here are my favorites that I've pretty much been lovin' from August to September - Enjoy.

Beauty Favorites:
1. The first thing that I've been lovin' since I stumbled upon it a couple of years ago is this Benefit Cosmetic's They're Real mascara. I simply love love LOVE this mascara. Its packaging is super slick but it's the mascara brush that makes this baby a favorite of mine. They're Real Mascara is known to lengthen, curl, volumize, lifts and separates the lashes, so if you have short tiny lashes like myself, then I suggest you should give this goodie a go. I know it's a bit pricy but quality over quantity when it comes to mascaras.

2. My second favorite is the makeup remover called Micellar Cleansing Water by Garnier. I have tried so many different makeup removers but many of them just felt very oily and even some would sting my eyes, so I was on the hunt for a one that didn't. And I can honestly say, this goodie right here will from now on until forever be my favorite makeup remover. It's a cleansing water that helps remove dirt and makeup. It helps to reduce the feeling of a dry skin and gives the skin moisture and leaves you feeling fresh.

3. The next thing on my favorite list is the Konjac Sponge. It's a sponge that is gentle to the skin but and helps clean the skin efficiently.

4. The last thing I have been loving beauty-wise is the beauty scrub from Palmolive called Feel Glamorous. It is part of their Aroma Sensation collection. I can't really describe the smell besides saying it smells sweet. They say it contains berries, dragon fruit and vanilla. It contains little pearls or bubbles that helps to exfoliate the skin hence why it's called beauty scrub. It lives your skin feeling super fresh and the smells stays on your skin.

Books Favorites:
5. The book that I fell in love with is called #GirlBoss by Sophia Amoruso, the ceo and founder of the famous Nastygal clothing brand. It's pretty much like a self-help book that tells how Sophia ended up becoming a millionaire and a long the way, she tells funny episodes from her life and some tips to help you. I can honestly say that she pretty much became my hero after reading this book. I have taken the tips she made into account and have seriously learned a lot by reading her book. I can only suggest you to read this amazing book, and I am sure you'll understand why I love it so much.

I'll give you one of her tips. Many people today always buy and spend money they do not have but you have to be smart with your money. Would you rather spend 200 dollars on some shoes that's going to get ruined anyways or would you rather put them on your account? As Sophia says "Money on the bank looks better than money on your feet". I have started using this quote every single time I'm about to buy something that I in reality do not need.

Anyways that was all this time around. I do hope you enjoyed my little blog post and until next time - Ingat!
